Barbra R. Lesh, MD - Psychiatrist
Dr. Barbra Lesh is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with extensive experience in psychiatric consultations and pharmacotherapy management and is licensed to practice medicine in New York and New Jersey.
She earned her medical degree at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Buffalo and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society for her highest academic performance. In addition, Dr. Lesh received the AMWA Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation for graduating among the top five women in her medical school class.
Dr. Lesh completed her psychiatry training at Yale, serving as Chief of the psychiatric emergency room, Chief of the neuropsychiatric firm, and program-wide Chief Resident.
Formally, Dr. Lesh was the Medical Director for the Buffalo Centre for the Treatment of Eating Disorders and the Narins Eating Disorder Center.
Dr. Lesh offers psychiatric consultations, treatment planning, and medication management, always striving to provide personalized care based on each patient’s unique needs, helping them on their mental health journey.
