Dr. Barbra Lesh is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with extensive experience in psychiatric consultations and pharmacotherapy management and is licensed to practice medicine in New York and New Jersey.

She earned her medical degree at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Buffalo and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society for her highest academic performance.  In addition, Dr. Lesh received the AMWA Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation for graduating among the top five women in her medical school class.

Dr. Lesh completed her psychiatry training at Yale, serving as Chief of the psychiatric emergency room, Chief of the neuropsychiatric firm, and program-wide Chief Resident.

Formally, Dr. Lesh was the Medical Director for the Buffalo Centre for the Treatment of Eating Disorders and the Narins Eating Disorder Center.

Dr. Lesh offers psychiatric consultations, treatment planning, and medication management, always striving to provide personalized care based on each patient’s unique needs, helping them on their mental health journey.

Mary Zittel PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated with honors from Yale University and received a master's in Physician Assistant Studies in 2022. She received a Bachelors in Biology from Canisius College in 2018. 

She began her career in internal medicine and primary care in 2022 and soon realized the growing need for medical providers in the mental health specialty. Her patients struggled to find psychiatric providers to see them, so she decided to begin working in psychiatry.  

Mary was born and raised in the Western New York area. She is an avid reader who enjoys gardening and being outside in her orchard. When she has time to get away, she enjoys traveling around the world with her parents. While attending Yale University, she studied under Dr Barbra Lesh during her clinical rotations. She is now thrilled to be back as a psychiatric team member.
